Hi Darya, and welcome to the Meet the Team Spotlight Q&A! We’d love to get to know you better – tell us a bit about yourself and what you do at Rdentify….
DB: Hello! I have been at Rdentify now for almost a year and lead the dev team. I have over 8 years of development experience across various projects. I am Ukrainian and live in Lviv, but I continue to work no matter what!
What is the most exciting AI development you’ve witnessed recently?
DB: I think because Artificial intelligence is advancing so rapidly, it makes it very challenging to keep pace. In our work, AI’s continuous enhancements are evident, enabling more efficient task handling and quicker, high-quality outcomes. One of the most exciting recent developments I’ve seen personally is the integration of generative AI into everyday tools, making creativity and problem-solving more accessible than ever before.
Could you reflect on the most fulfilling project you’ve contributed to at Rdentify?
DB: The most rewarding project at Rdentify would be the Zendesk ticket scanning module. I have been successful in rewriting it with new technologies while ensuring platform stability which has resulted in a 40-fold increase in scanning efficiency! I’m very proud of that.
How do you keep abreast of the latest tech trends?
DB: Remaining up-to-date with the latest tech trends is absolutely vital for my role. I stay updated by browsing industry blogs, watching informational YouTube videos, and exploring new tools hands-on. Additionally, networking with peers and following blogs keeps me informed in this ever-evolving field.
What is the most challenging aspect of your role?
DB: For me, pinpointing the root cause of a problem is the most challenging part of my job. Once I have identified that, I feel like the issue is halfway resolved, making the complex troubleshooting process so rewarding. Successfully resolving issues brings immense satisfaction, having not only fixed errors but also enhancing the system.
Could you share a fun fact about yourself?
DB: Sure but maybe let’s play a little game…. I’ll tell you three things, and you guess the lie.
First, the morning rule: Don’t ask me anything until I’ve had my first cup of coffee, or face the consequences!
Second, my love for paper books led me to exchange a high-tech pocket reader gift for a dozen new books sneakily.
Lastly, I adore quirky loungewear, so don’t be surprised to find me donning a unicorn onesie or a goofy dog suit during meetings, discussing technicalities or serious matters :o)
Any idea ???????????
