We are excited to announce our new partnership with Rightway Compliance, a UK-based risk management, audit and training consultancy helping organisations achieve an ethical organisational culture of natural compliance to improve sustainability and profitability.

Commenting on the partnership with Rdentify, Neil Tyson the founder and MD of Rightway Compliance said: “Identifying and protecting vulnerable customers is a key priority for many of our clients. We work in the gambling, legal, financial and energy sectors so when we saw that Rdentify has solutions across all of those key sectors it seemed like such a natural fit for us to partner with them. We really look forward to identifying organisations who can benefit from Rdentify’s innovative AI driven solutions to help make the world a safer place for their vulnerable customers. We see this as a key element of the services we provide through; – Audit, health checks and assurance – Due diligence – Incident Response – Training and workshops – Risk Assessments – and Data Analytics. We are really excited about this new partnership.”

Nige Roberts, Rdentify Sales Director, commented: “Rdentify is going from strength to strength partnering and collaborating with likeminded companies. Vulnerability is a constant no matter which industry, and customers welfare is essential for loyalty and continued growth. We recognise this, and by using Rdentify integrated to customer service communication platforms chatbot, Livechat and email – In real time, companies are now able to flag markers of harm and vulnerability, enhancing customer service performance. We are constantly innovating and in the coming months we will be releasing an additional product from the Rdentify stable that is not available from any other company. Truly outstanding.”
